Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell (nee Robertson born on 27 March 1970, height 5'9 is an American actor who is famous for her role in the role of The Dr. Juliet Burke on ABC's television series Lost and also as FBI agents Erica Evans on V. She has starred such films like The Santa Clause 2 The Santa Clause. Gia. The Escape Clause. Mitchell stars in Eric Kripke television series Revolution which is broadcast on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell, her stepfather, and Josephine Marian Mitchell are both lawyers from Dallas. Mitchell along with her mother relocated to Dallas Texas in 1970 where her mother married Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts an all-public magnet school. She is the senior of three sisters, her two sisters are Kristina Kristie Mitchell (the most eldest) as well as Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. Mitchell graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Stephens College and studied British American Drama Academy.
